How the Staging Service Works: - Consultation - View your home outside, and inside room by room, take notes, and photos, and write a detailed report, including photos, outlining recommendations for "depersonalizing, decluttering, and detailing your home. You, the homeowner can either choose to do the items recommended on the report, or have me do the "Staging".
- Bid - I will give you a Bid, outlining the cost for "Staging" your home.
- Staging - Hiring the Stager to come to your home and either use the Seller's furnishings, and/or the Stager's accessories.
